So, why do we do what we do?
We have seen countless people with (in our humble opinion) obvious signs & symptoms of Endo… BUT have been brushed off by health care professionals so many times, they think it must be all in their head!
It can feel like unless you’re planning to have a baby, then no one takes your period pain seriously.
For many Endowarriors, the internet has taught them more about how to live better with Endo, than any health professional ever has. However, these days anyone with a phone or computer can claim their corner of the internet, resulting in an epidemic of misinformation and downright dangerous diets.
With this shifting online landscape comes a responsibility for us as some of the very few qualified dietitians with expertise in Endometriosis worldwide to share up-to-date and evidence-based nutrition science so that Endowarriors can learn how to safely and effectively harness the power of diet to thrive with Endometriosis…
And get back to their career, relationships, family, friends and all the things that matter most to them in life.

My goal during our initial consultation is to learn all about you. I take the time to listen and understand your health history, your family, your motivations and the barriers that stop you from achieving your goals. Using this information, I can tailor your plan and experience with me to be as unique as you are.
No ‘fluffy stuff’.
Are you sick of reading conflicting, confusing and downright fluffy nutrition information online? Me too! I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), you can expect the highest level of nutrition expertise and care from me. The APD credential requires a Masters level of education at university and ongoing continuing professional development each year. We are bound by a code of conduct and ethics to only provide evidence-based information. So there ain’t no fluff around here.

Teamwork makes the dream work. We’ll work as a team along with other leading fertility, pregnancy and women's health dietitians in Australia. Together we assess research from the most up-to-date science and collaborate on projects that ensure our clients (that’s you) receive the highest standard of care and advice.
Professional follow-up.
We all set new goals and habits with the best intentions, but too often, they fizzle before we reach the finishing line. I will be your cheerleader, accountability partner and shoulder when in need. We will catch up on a regular basis to ensure a results-focused service and I will be available to you for all the niggling questions in between.
Realistic solutions.
I love nothing more than some cheese and wine on a Friday afternoon and a bit of choccy with my cuppa, so it wouldn’t feel right if I said you shouldn’t enjoy these things too. You’ve probably heard that a healthy diet is about moderation, however understanding how to live by that can be confusing. I will teach you how to use mindful and intuitive eating to get off the dieting merry-go-round to find peace with food.
